Room 204 was uncomfortably warm even at a 17-degree setting, and service issues popped up, like slow dining and miscommunication on menu availability. Food orders came late, often leading to long waits. one dinner took nearly two hours to serve. Activities were poorly organized, especially the island hopping tour that required unexpected additional fees and offered no water onboard. Cleaning service wasn't timely, affecting the overall enjoyment.

The beachfront views were breathtaking, and the innovative infinity pool design added a unique touch to our relaxation. The staff's willingness to assist with our needs truly made every moment enjoyable.
